It affects characters that at any point had Rocket Boost trigger off of Activate Random Mount ability. To reproduce, have Rocket Boost selected as the only Favourite (this is no longer doable on live servers btw) and use Activate Random Mount. Change zone while the proper Rocket Boost is off cooldown, it should now trigger on its own during the loading screen. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

WhiteKing Posted August 1, 2020 Share Posted August 1, 2020 That could be related to the fact that it's no longer possible to have Rocket Boost checked as a favourite mount with a slight chance they actually fixed the cause.
