In particular: #1 Soldier's endurance. 3% Endurance is about 450hp. Thats less than a single DoT tick in a Warzone. Those 3 valuable points could be spent on a valuable utility talent that you have missed like Degauss or Reflective shield. #2 Heavy Trooper. Same as above, but even more so considering you could get both Special Munitions for 3% crit all of the time - and its type "tech" so it includes heals, and Muzzle fluting for a much more spammable Charged Bolts when you get opportunties to turret your damage. Edit: forgot to add, this is what Im aiming for: http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#8000cZMckZfhMrzGGrk.1 Before you ask - Im not a fan of burnout, or any damage (non utility) talent for that matter that is only going to be useful 30% of the time (roughly).
