Unfortunately that is not an easy problem to fix because it's a problem with the Hero Engine. It's been a known problem since launch, where 16 or more players in an instance, make the instance lag. It's one of the main problems with OWPvP. I myself am a dueler, so I am uncomfortable inhibiting or dampening the experience of any participants. So I had to limit the stronghold to participants only. Sorry for any inconvenience to anyone that requested a stronghold key and didn't receive it.
