When trying to setup a new mobile, the section for "Enter this serial number into your mobile security key app:" is BLANK. MasterCrumB Posted February 15, 2018 Share Posted February 15, 2018 Tried logging in multiple times this evening, keep getting message 'the login service is unavailable'...I was able to login once but the server list was empty and received an error trying to retrieve the servers...so it appears this issue is not fixed.
