I feel like Responsive Safeguards would be better suited for the Powertech instead of Mercenaries since Mercs have way too many defensive cooldowns for a non-tank class. Keep in mind pt can literally get its dmg out on command. What the pt needs more is defensive that reduce incoming dmg not heal through there is already enough healing that goes out in this game as it is. Every dps does not need self heals or tank like defensive abilities. The sniper needs to also lose all its healing over time. These other classes are over tuned. The devs need to understand that dps need dcds that reduce incoming dmg rather then just heal through it. Kolto overload was unique and needs to be double the speed and brought up to 50% but thats it. A pt with shield stacks in ap would be op as hell. As a guardian main, I believe tank capable dps specced classes have all gotten hosed. The only possibilities for current fotm are mando, slinger, and sentinel. 2/3 are non-force users, eh.
