(Predation utilities = Phantom, Relentless and Unbound). Currently I use cloack of carnage overwhelem phantom subjugation relentless unbound ruthless aggressor blood ward Always testing what works... I don't think there is 100% formula for ranked but I am pretty sure you need subjugation and ruthless aggressor because obfuscate might save your skin in a lot of situations. having it on lower cooldown is very handy.
