banimoka Posted June 6, 2017 Share Posted June 6, 2017 Sorcerer and Assassin are two different classes - it's already in the game ( combat proficiencies ) - the " difference " u claim is nothing then a " restriction " of other skills - programing wise u can take any char and remove / add skils, resource bars - u can even add a "rage" bar to a sorcerer , and give him "rage" using abilities , it's that simple Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ratajack Posted June 6, 2017 Share Posted June 6, 2017 aaaand ? still easy to implement because outside of class nothign else needs to be changed they are the same story etc and save players allot of trouble... In this game, players cannot change their class. In what would seem to be an effort to remove "confusion" regarding classes, the devs even went so far as to change when a character's class was selected, and even older characters who had never selected a class now have to choose a class before they can do anything else, when logging on those characters. Careful on terminology. I'll pick on a class I know better: Commando / Vanguard, formerly advanced classes of "Trooper", but now just ordinary classes that follow the trooper storyline. Commando and Vanguard are classes. Gunnery, Assault Specialist, and, um, the other one, the healer, Medic? are Disciplines of the Commando class.
