Not sure what sort of latency you'd get on a North American server if you're currently playing a European server, but consider Ebon Hawk. Vibrant RP life there. Vibrant RP life there. I'm living in South Africa, so my ping is much better here than on Ebon Hawk. If I were just RPing it wouldn't matter but questing and pvp is very difficult on NA servers.
