Q0-77 Requisition is missing from mail

Hi Customer Service,

 

I have bought an item from the GTN - Q0-77 Requisition - and it appears that the mail message is showing that I have bought this from the GTN for 13500000, purchased from the player Delonse but the item is missing. However the mail shows that the item is still attached and there is nothing in my inventory.

 

I have provided another screenshot to show that it is not unlocked in my collections. Please would you kindly fix this.

The forums are player to player support with little to no staff members posting. No one here has back end access. You're going to have to open up an in game support ticket on the issue.

I'm having the exact same thing with a different item that I bought off the GTN after the maintenance. I lost the amount of credits used to buy it and got mail saying "transaction complete" but accepting it does nothing.

 

Seemingly the other side of the same problem: last night I listed 7 companion gifts (separately) and when I logged in today I had 7 messages in the mail saying I had sold them 12 hours ago AND 7 messages saying I had sold them 1 hour ago (so after the maintenance). When I clicked "accept all" I got 7 standard error messages and only received credits for 7 gifts. Which makes sense because I only listed 7, but someone tried to buy them after the maintenance and after they'd already been sold.

 

ALSO, both those things happened on the same character (on the Harbinger) and after closing and restarting the game, I can't log into that character anymore. All my others seem fine, but for that one when I click play I get the loading screen, but when it finishes I'm back at the character select screen.

Doesn't mean that they are either. We have spammers here who do more than 5 posts in a day.

 

edit: Posts do not equate to reading. They have also stated that they do not deal with customer support issues in the forums. That's why we lost the customer support subforum.
