Hi Customer Service, I have bought an item from the GTN - Q0-77 Requisition - and it appears that the mail message is showing that I have bought this from the GTN for 13500000, purchased from the player Delonse but the item is missing. However the mail shows that the item is still attached and there is nothing in my inventory. I have provided another screenshot to show that it is not unlocked in my collections.
