I Lose my companion Lena after i get a other friendly companion with 3 skills.. and it is impossible to defeat her at end without companion all the way. i tried sending a ticket and they dont care and blaming me saying i should try the obvious restarting phase /story/ relog.. And she gets replaced by senya while she goes to do her thing, so might not be a glitch, might be your story choice from chapter 1. but I wouldn't know I never strayed from the path of righteousness.
