Tried following the support link on that page, it directed me to help.ea.com. While following help.ea.com's prompts, I was directed to this section of the forum. Now. Can someone please help me? OwenBrooks Posted February 2, 2017 Share Posted February 2, 2017 The Bug Report Forum usage sticky points to Tech Support at EA Answers HQ - http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=877258 Tried rebooting the PC then go into task manager and end all bitraider processes then delete the bitraider folder in the game folder and then start the launcher It also pays to ensure there are exceptions for launcher.exe , swtor.exe and brwc.exe in the antivirus and firewall exception lists Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
