The_Lost_Bean
One of the big highlights for me personally in The Force Unleashed was when Starkiller was able to move an entire Star Destroyer and bring it crashing down toward the planet using the Force. I always thought Yoda moving Lukes X-Wing out of the swamp was really cool and teaching Luke that there is no such thing as heavy or big and that all you need to believe in is the Force, but then TFU comes along and Starkiller one ups Yoda. Are there no other examples of something bigger than a Star Destroyer being controlled by the Force? Kinda disappointed we never see something like that in SWTOR where the Force is supposedly much stronger than in the original trilogy. Plk_Lesiak
It is stronger and it's not. Remember that they have to make place for non-force users playable characters. If the strongest Sith and Jedi could move dreadnoughts around with the force there would be no space for the Tropper, BH etc. to stand against them. So, really, the Force isn't that strong in SWTOR and wasn't that strong in KOTOR games, because they are all RPGs needing some sorts of class balance. The only things really OP are some uses of the Dark Side, as presented by Dark Nihilus and Vitiate when consuming planets, but their rituals can only destroy on mass scale and need very specific circumstances, they aren't flexible weapons one can use to destroy any opposition whenever needed. And with objects... The first thing that comes to mind are the objects that Vaylin smashes/throws around on a few occasions. Like in chapter 3 and in Asylum. They're probably the biggest shown in the game? Edited February 2, 2017 by Plk_Lesiak
dr_mike
Apparently in the book Darksaber, "an otherwise unremarkable Jedi hurls an entire Imperial fleet across a star system." JediAkemi
Dorsk 81 throwing an Imperial fleet (a Super Star Destroyer and some Star Destroyers) "end over end out of the system" was achieved by channelling power from all the Massassi temples on Yavin and resulted in his death. Starkiller redirecting a powerless falling Star Destroyer so that it doesn't land on his allies is probably the biggest example of moving something with the Force that doesn't result in the Force User's own death. MadDutchman
The largest on record that I'm aware of was Dorsk 81 Albeit that was with nearly 30 other Jedi channeling their power through him at the center of a force nexus, and he didn't survive the experience. The_Lost_Bean
Then that just leaves the games. I actually never played TFUII so I assume TFU holds the #1 spot that demonstrates the best use of the Force. Taking down that Star Destroyer was so cool. Vyerix
What about the Voss Mystics? They somehow destroyed an entire Imperial invasion fleet. Forcing the Empire to rethink how they deal with the Voss.
MadDutchman
What about the Voss Mystics? They somehow destroyed an entire Imperial invasion fleet. Forcing the Empire to rethink how they deal with the Voss. Not quite accurate. The Mystics presumably foresaw the attack, however its destruction was not carried out by the Mystics, as they see such uses of the Force as corrupt (SI story line) And really, the Mystics were duped anyway, the sole purpose of the attack was a distraction for Vitiate to get his hands on a Mystic. OldVengeance
Well this might not have been telekenesis, but didn't Naga Sadow use a Sith Ritual to create a supernova that destroyed his Republic pursuers at the end of the Great Hyperspace War?
