  1. I'll be happy with the update as long as it's not so heavy on PvP and getting the best gear doesn't require PvP either, I never enjoyed MMO style PvP, I hated it in DCUO though I liked Legends PvP. It wouldn't be any different here. If SWTOR had a Legends PvP like DCUO where stats aren't a playing factor then I'd happily do it.
  2. I remember when I first started playing a Knight that it had an ability that NPC melee users still use where they swung and did 180 degree turn, did a backstab then did another 180 degree turn and finished with a baseball like swing. Stopped playing for quite some time before coming back only to find that the ability was gone, can't remember what it was called. I know that all melee based NPCs still use abilities that were removed from player characters. Why did they do that?
  3. I'm sure the next expansion or set of expansions will see the Republic and Sith Empire rebuilt and the Eternal Throne and the fleet written off somehow. It still ends with the Old Republic and the CIS and begins with The New Republic and Galactic Empire. Somewhere between the time frame of SWTOR and The Clone Wars, the Eternal Throne and the fleet were completely forgotten and erased from history. 4000 years is a good amount of time for the Republic to still be the dominant superpower and eventually collapsing to make way for the Galactic Empire while erasing the Eternal Empire from history, not the Eternal Empire collapsing to the Galactic Empire and the Republic collapsing 4000 years earlier.
  4. My Jedi is full LS V so I didn't kill her, but my confused am-I-evil-or-am-I-redeeming-myself sithkills her. But yes, I'm also confused on her character. I just finished the Consular story and it kinda seems like she was turning it around even before RoTHC.
  5. Vented Lightsaber would be nice, but it would just get a ridiculous price tag like the Unstable lightsaber had.
  6. Even when you look in the pack it comes in, it doesn't actually show up in that pack.
  7. I have a few characters who went the single route while others I simply waited too long to start a romance. Will we be able to get a second chance to romance returning companions? I didn't romance Elara so I'm wondering if I can after she returns. Another one is Jaessa. I didn't know you couldn't romance her unless you were both DS as I made her stay LS while my Warrior also went LS. Same question applies once she returns, will an LS Jaessa become a romance option?
  8. i thought Darth Nox was just the name given to you, didn't know you could get a different name based off making LS decisions. I sometimes forget swtor is still a bioware game.
  9. I don't think romances act the same way as in Mass Effect where you seem to have all time in the world in each game to romance whoever. I didn't pick the first 3 flirt options for Elara Dorn and now they aren't popping up anymore because I thought Sgt. Jax was going to be a companion as well and I already had a thing going on with her. Though with Kira, romancing her will require you to make DS choices given that you're both under oath to the Jedi Code. But that's nothing really if your Jedi is going full light. Although you might have the option to flirt with her during her companion quest if you didn't flirt with her earlier.
  10. You're missing a crucial part of that reference.
  11. I wish transmogrification extended to weapons as well, couple of the in-game lightsabers are quite nice but they don't have mod slots.
  12. It's been some time since I played the MovieBattlesII total conversion mod for Jedi Academy but I see the forums for it are still somewhat active. Just wondering if anyone here has ever played it or still plays it. Was going to reinstall it but my PC's antivirus blocks the download entirely now and won't let me bypass it.
  13. With all this talk about maining healers, I wonder why I never see any. I struggle doing uprisings as the only tank of the group while everyone else is just damage. I don't how anyone can get through them without someone pulling all the aggro if they're all DPS. Which is the main reason why I made a Sage though I also have an Inquisitor who will also be a healer. I assume I'm getting near the end of the Hutt Cartel DLC on my Inquisitor and wondering about just switching my discipline to healer at this point before starting the Revan stuff.
  14. I enjoyed the amount of lore and story that made the Jedi Knight series what it was. But then SWTOR came along and it instantly became my favorite era long before it was released and we were still watching and waiting for the next report from Gnost Dural.
