In Chapter X I had same issue with Kalyo, but cinematic are triggered by interacting with object so I passed it hoping that will get sorted later. wasteroiujhhb Posted March 11, 2017 Share Posted March 11, 2017 (edited) this is what we noticed. her companion menu on the lower left screen disappeared. and in a group menu it showed theren was still active but was gone. when she walked out of the first part of the mission aric didn't follow her. and all the npcs disappeared. We tried he resetting the mission, we tried having her log out and back in ( and log out all the way to windows and back ). we tried it on hard and story mode we tried resetting her companion menu in interface editor. we tried doing the mission without her companions out. we even tried different dialogue options. we even tried having her redo chapter 10. After Arric wasn't there at the vantage point, I reset the quest. This time, the appropriate story NPC came to the swamp with me, then left when i was tasked with finding Jordan at the Vantage point. If you got Chapter I active in your log, complete it and reset Chapter XI: Disavowed to make Aric appear again. I have no other mission active other than the "Chapter XI: Disavowed" - still bugging the same way. And I am kcurrently running 7.0 (feb 2022). Should have been fixed by now. :-/ ****UPDATE**** Solved it! Turned out that I had to summon "Aric Jorgan" specifically as a companion - (he was the only companion I could summon) - and then I could talk to him. No clue to why he was gone in the first place.
