You just want to gear up in a single week or a month, that is the only reason why most people HATE the RNG system, i personally have opened 20 ranks worth of crates and have gotten only a single set item, everything else is trash, so it can be annoying, but they just need to make it more faster, but not too fast. You really don't seem to understand. They gave us a huge RNG gear grind with an RNG chance to maybe get something we can use if we've been lucky enough to get anything worth while. And that is just to get back to doing the 2-5 year old content we were doing in November. This stupid RNG grind is hundreds of hours of game play to maybe get gear so we can go back to doing what we were doing previously. Do you really not get the problem here? The RNG grind has to go, and go now. Players are leaving in pretty good numbers. Server populations now compared to a year ago more than show it. The grind needs to go and new content that we actually want to play needs to be announced or their sub numbers are not going to make EA and it's share holders terribly happy. We have to take your word on that, but sad if true. and sucks I agree, I have so far had 14. different characters mind you. 2 have had 2 set items the rest just 1. however none of my characters are above CR 10. Add on to of that a total and utter lack of any new story, a failure to complete stories that were started in KoTFE, permanently removing companions that some of us had work hard to advance to 50 affection. BW has turned this into a pure grind game with the added feature that grinding has no impact on your rewards and even companion gifts are now something you buy. If you are trying to convince people to abandon the game, you have the right formula. What next? Just pay real money and buy good gear? If 5.1 does address any of these issues, I will be cancelling my subscriptions and warning people that this game has become a frustrating waste of time and their money is better spent elsewhere. It appears that you can 1-shot one of the bosses and I dont want to cheat. Sure the big servers are full but those are the only ones!! The population is on a alltime low. Gold sellers are selling cheap, which means population decline, swtor websites are dying due to low clicks, guild dying etc how can you not see this? The things wrong with 5.0 are exactly that: 1. made us do 8 toons for DvsL and gave us alt-unfriendly gearing system 2. grinding on 4 year old content 3. getting new abilities for toons, which the old content isn't accustomed to 4. RNG on gear 5. GC ranks set so high that its a mindless grind 6. GC system meant to keep people subbed for as long as possible 7. mandatory to be subbed for GC system 8. removal of passes for ops etc to make ppl sub Overall these changes show how much off the Devs are and how they struggle to get people to sub as the game is failing. When I group flashpoint the only things I get is what is automatically mine and comes to me. There is no point fighting people for the gear, trolls and ***** steal it no matter if they can use it or not. For class missions and for ops since you made the gearing in it most important drops screwing everyone else out. Oh I thought we would be getting gear that was useful for our toons in the crates. You might get 20 shoes but they are for your toon at least. Basically you told us this would be happening, you went back on your word. It takes forever to level because you allow the exploiters to use bestia op as an increaser. No one gives a crap where. The bonus is because why bother bestia farming all there needs to be. Again you put no thought in how the game is supposed to be played. Can we get an auction. That actually takes bids on goods. I'll wait a few days for bids, or a few days for a sale and all you have to do is add in a third panel window for bid auctions on the gtn. Can you have a legacy flagship and legacy money bank so that we can have solo guilds without wasting time and money and beat the guilds at conquest and make them cry. Or at least pay to use a conquest bonus with credits until we get our own ship. Get more money if players would be in the warzone q and it pops. I have seen it pop with six people in the q. So either bioware stopping the bastion wz, or no one is in the q. Oh I had my first kicked off the game because of my own internet yesterday. All the servers were gone so I knew what the problem was. You used to have the game at stupid levels where bosses would surpass the toon playing it. You can call that level 70 elite for master level and let toons play the other 1 -3 with different classes. Have the level sync story than veteran and master, no time not allow group for them, but don't make it mandotory. There is a difference. Allow bounty week to be longer and not ending in a week. I can play all the time and still not have time to do the weeklies because doing other things. Make bounty on players, so if you say a player is being a pric, or cheats or exploiting the game in warzones or stealing gear or money. You can put a bounty on them that if they can play for say 24 or more hours in pvp open stance, than means if you play for 1 hour a day it will take 24 days. If you can do it without being killed 10 times you get the bounty reward, but if you fail you get an achievement and lose the wager put against you to the bounty person maker. People want ops no one is coming back until more ops. So really keep them away they aren't going to q for warzones. Have warzone tournaments, not the crap you have and there is no point to a casino with no good slot machines or gambling tables. The closest you get is dark side ord montel with the rastions. Rag week sux at least keep it on Taris and out of everywhere else. Bring in weekly Galatia command passes which is basically a a week sub pass and all entitlements. Sell them in the cm for cc. a legacy bank like the guild bank not the legacy stronghold. Same rules for the legacy bank as the guild bank. Minimal 13 toons, 3 million to buy it 50 million for flag ship. Have the hutts do large credit loans so people can borrow the money they need and pay back the hutts with a 3% increase or something the load stays until paid off no matter if you leave for 4 years. If it's a guild loan the guilds responsible for it as well. Have warzone and group finder and ops maker use people in q from bastion, harbinger and berg, make it so there is no dead servers when it comes to pops just people not in the q. Tell pux he has no clue where to put the guild flagship on which planet. Right now heavy conquest wz one. Oh went you doing conquest no problem with the only can do once, but can it be once per toon not per legacy. Still have to do the same amount of work, but I can get the bonus and points for doing it.
