Here's what I did to solve the problem: Ran the file called launcherdiag.exe in the game folder Deleted Bitraider folder from game Started launcher with success. Hope this helps. GabbyMe Posted December 21, 2016 Share Posted December 21, 2016 I just encountered this... so I went to the EA answers... and found this... copy pasted from there. I use the streaming launcher, and deleting the bitraider folder fixed it after 'verifying'. If this doesn't work... I don't know Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner. If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair. Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut, select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher. Tried above steps to no avail . . . . since so many are having this issue it is a bug right? Not just my computer?
