Kinda funny my husband just got new orders to the East Coast. We live in WA state right now, and we're both on BC... which is The Hot Prospect... I think I'll just start moving my characters over...

If I'm paying for something... I usually enjoy it. While I haven't been subbed the ENTIRE time because I came from WoW after Cataclysm with a raiding mentality. I do like swtor, and pay for it when I get the urge to play. I was a bioware fan alongside WoW, so I already had an idea of what to expect. If I'm not playing with my husband, then I'm soloing. And I'm perfectly happy with that. I was an altoholic in WoW, too. I'm not particularly happy with the story right now, and I'm questioning Bioware's choices with stuff. But they haven't shoved me down a hole yet. So I'll trust them for now

I'm from Texas. Born in Corpus Christi. I'm glad the swtor dev team is safe. Family and friends, too. It's times like these where I don't like being so far from my family. My younger brother goes to college at A&M in Galveston. He was going to go back for his 2nd semester, but opted to stay with our parents a while longer. Wise choice. My younger sister, and essentially the entire rest of my family... lives in San Antonio. Before my husband joined the Navy, we lived there as well. SAT doesn't flood well My grandma and younger sister live on the northside, in Leon Valley. Once the creek goes over, they'll be stuck for a while. Fortunately my grandparents bought a house on top of one of the bajillion hills.

Andromeda wasn't that bad, and that's coming from someone who preordered the Deluxe Edition... twice. Because my deployed (at the time) husband wanted it, too. It just didn't feel like Mass Effect to me. Felt like it was missing something, and that really bugged me. There was no 'life' to it, I guess. It was kind of like I ordered ice cream, but I got the sugar free version instead. I'm a type 1 Diabetic, too. That stuff is disgusting. And I had the same disappointed feeling afterwards with MEA. I didn't even care about the animations. Mostly because I'm used to Bioware's weird wonky animations in every game ever. My issue was the CC, and even with the 'improvements'... it was still a pain to create a decent looking Ryder. And the default Sara wasn't up my alley. None of the romances were really my type either. I wanted to romance certain NPCs, not my companions Evfra and Kandros, being two of them. It's good for a once through, but... I got bored with my 2nd playthrough. Haven't touched it since. The DLC thing does have me concerned for the future though Especially for Dragon Age, and it makes me worried about Bioware. If... certain things don't happen with a certain somebody, maybe being a third agent/-insertdecentexplanationhere-. I'm going to be done with swtor, and act like it never happened.

Yeah... close enough for the jokes. I get it quite a bit I wouldn't have gotten it so fast if I hadn't seen TCW though. Featured pretty heavily a few times. I also think it was the planet Aayla Secura was killed on.

Make me a third. On top of it all... my name is also a meme (Felicia). So I totally understand getting sick of hearing that stuff. 'Bye Felicia' got really old after the 3rd time. It gets butchered really easily, too. Not sure why Anyway... I'm NOT happy about anything I've read. It's funny because I resubbed before I did any light reddit reading, and found out about 20 minutes after. And that's what I do, anyway... resub for the updates, then just cancel it.

I like all of them I'm not picky. I'm also 28. Even with the wooden acting in the prequel trilogy and Anakin's red flag inducing courtship with Padme... I still enjoyed it. Mostly because my husband and I enjoy making fun of AoTC. Doesn't really take away my enjoyment of the film though. I also LOVE TCW and Rebels. I've read a good chunk of the books, too. I also enjoy KOTOR I/II, and I like swtor. I LOVE Star Wars. Somethings should just be that basic. I never understood all the arguing and stuff. If you don't like something, then don't watch it. If you do, just watch it and get on with your life.

Some of the races get special dialogue. I know a cyborg trooper isn't 'fresh from the academy', but was actually already a soldier that fought a lot of battles on the mid-rim. Heard that in a convo with Aric Jorgan. Miraluka JKs also get one when fighting one of Darth Angral's apprentices. It's been a while since I did the story. Essentially the dude is hiding, and he's like... 'You can't see me!' and the Miraluka simply says, 'I don't need to see you. I can smell you.' Which made me chuckle lol Doesn't surprise me that Zabraks get one either. Kinda cool

I was actually just wondering about that the other day... along those lines... Are we gonna have to worry about a Virgo, Capricorn, Libra, Taurus, Cancer, Saggitarius, Leo, Aquarius, and Pisces? That's 9 more AI like things that could cause issues across the galaxy in various forms My husband said it as much, too... 'Where are the other ones?' I doubt they'll do anything with it. I hope they won't, but I'll be somewhat amused if they do.

I got extremely lucky several months ago and found the Dramatic extrovert upper armor box for 50k credits. It was also 3AM, and I thought I had bought the ENTIRE set. But... beggars can't be choosers... as the chest piece is easily the most expensive piece on my server I was able to get the rest of it pretty quickly... except for the helm. Which then eluded me for the next 3 months. There was NEVER one up, and I refused to buy the entire armor set for some 60 million credits. I had CC saved up, so I decided to check out Harbinger's GTN and saw the helm for 3 million. Didn't even think about it... just did. Transferred the 3 million with the character, made a new one... and sent the helm back to BC. Set complete. One before that was the Sith Recluse set. But I bought that BEFORE it disappeared off the market. I'm glad I spent 15 million on it... The only thing now I'd want is one of the hover thrones. But I can't justify spending 80 million on a mount. My husband would. But not me... but I did spend 3 million on the last kowakian monkey-lizard I needed. So who am I to talk?

DK general chat is worse than WoW Trade/Barrens chat COMBINED. At least back in the old days of WoW. Trade chat is still like that... but at least you get complete silence in the Barrens nowadays. I was on DK just the other day, and was appalled at the vitriol. I've gotten in habit just closing chat all together. I'm sorry you didn't get a straight answer, OP. BC, while one of the smaller servers, has a fairly helpful community. Every time someone asks questions. There are the trolls, yes, but people do answer them.

Unless he got her the Ultimate edition... just comes with all the DLC, including the expansion. But yeah, the most important DLC for DA:O is definitely Witch Hunt. And the xpac for it, Awakening, is all right. But felt really rushed to me. It was good, but disjointed. But the characters are memorable, and sets up some interesting lore for the next two installments. Particularly the Architect. I also cannot express how useful the Wardens keep dlc is. And Stone Prisoner, too. Shale is awesome, and she can fill all 3 combat roles, too. Depending on how you spec her. For Dragon Age 2; both dlc are good. Mark of the Assassin is hilarious. And Legacy was a decent ending for it... with probably one of the most challenging boss fights I've done. And Inquisition is good, too. All the DLC add some kind of narrative value to the game. Descent is mentioned in Trespasser. And Jaws of Hakkon, despite the major GRRRR over it, was pretty good, too. I enjoyed the challenge, and there were puzzles in them! Even a tower of hanoi which I was overjoyed to see

There are 4 of them in-game already... even one that's frozen in carbonite. I have all of them. They even have their evil, amused little giggle.

Morrigan's not the actual healer. Like someone else said... head to the circle tower asap, and get Wynne. She's the healer of the game. And they're right, too. Do not bring Morrigan, or side with Cullen. Siding with him at the very end against the mages will make Wynne attack you. My husband did that on accident his first play through... all I heard from him in that moment was... 'NOOOOO!!! I DECAPITATED HER!!!!'... he got a deathblow on her. It was brutal... The Fade also sucks. I'd just cheat, and use a walkthrough. I was in there for hours trying to figure it out. But I'm not very good at those types of things. The puzzles, yes. Give me a tower of hanoi, I'll solve it. But keep me out of the Fade. And the brothel... lol... Have fun in there. The 'Surprise Me!' option gets interesting. If you have wardens keep dlc, you get a really nice set of armor from that. It also starts a random event with a superman reference where you get starmetal. For easily the best sword in the game. It also gives you access to a storage chest. Stone prisoner is also really good. Shale is... brilliant.

It can be a hassle to learn. But once you get it down, it's an awesome game. It's actually my least favorite of the 3 combat wise. DA:I is a good mix of the first two. I had the hardest time playing mage, and the easiest time playing a DW warrior. Once you get access to the main story line missions... you may want to go pick up Wynne from the circle tower ASAP. She's the healer. If you've ever played WoW, it's like that. But clunkier and slower, not an MMO obviously. It's a spiritual successor to Baldurs Gate. You can also set their AI. Alistair set up correctly is a great tank, and Morrigan is pretty beastly, too (lol shapeshifting pun... nevermind...). There's a lot of stuff online about it. There's LOTS of mods, too, if you're playing on PC. I'd check out the /r dragonage subreddit. People are super friendly over there They'd be willing to give you all sorts of tips. There's a lot, and I'd go off on a long rambling tangent. I don't even know where to begin There's also the wiki site for it, which is also really helpful.

I LIKE Carlton's dance! Theron would be wise to take lessons from him! That gif made my entire morning. Talk about a good laugh! I think the lady next to Theron in the back, on the right... looks like the Lady Marmalade dance... one of the race dances on WoW has the same one. Senya's dance looks really familiar, too. Like... something I saw from a kids bopz commercial back in the early 2000s lol Or maybe one of the bajillions of NOW! albums that are out. I actually think Commander Shepard is better at dancing... Theron might want to contact them as well. Garrus as well. Tali has some slick moves, too! Edit: No. It's not the Lady Marmalade dance... I had my memory jogged. It's the female night elf dance, which they based off a dance from Alizée Jacotey back in 2003. It's kind of a mix between the two. It's similar to the female draenei dance, too... played too much WoW Edit 2: I've been watching this gif for 5 minutes. Which is kinda sad. I'm now absolutely certain that dance is JUST the female draenei one. Which is Alizée Jacotey lol... I need to get up and go run my errands. Do something constructive...

Still Theron on a few of my characters (JK and JC). Torian on my BH because they're together. Got Bowdaar back on my smuggler because she ran with him every where Guss, too. Both my SW run around with Vette. SI runs around with Lana most of the time. Agent runs around with Theron just because it amuses me. Trooper runs around with Jorgan because they're married. Arcann is sporadically making more and more appearances, too... especially on my JK. He's actually been the only companion I've had out on her since I got him. Clicking on him is kinda funny because he doesn't get overly perturbed like some of the others lol

My most recent DX thing is at the link in my first post (I'm feliciagm there, 2nd page). There's also a youtube video of my artifacting, because... why not. When I have problems I get really INTO them. Forcing it to override in Crimson didn't help either :/ and my temperatures all look fine. Swtor barely makes my CPU go over 43 C, even when spiking during loading. Normally sits at 25-30C while playing. My GPU gets to about 45-52C and stays there whilst in-game. I just leave Crimson to let the application do it's thing... it didn't help. I'll try messing around with the anti-aliasing again later. My ingame settings are... no bloom, no conversation depth of field. Everything else on high. Anti-aliasing on Medium. Texture Ansiotropy - off. Shadow quality - off. Visible character limit - low. Tree quality - 20. Grass quality - 40. Grass Render distance - Medium. Play at 1600x900 in windowed fullscreen. I run with Windows 8.1, 64 bit (no issues with it!) and Avast. AVG was giving me lots of issues with pretty much everything. If you think screenshots of that stuff matters, I'll upload some to imgur, and link them here. Just my open task manager of what's usually running. 1. 2. 3. 4.

My CPU is brand new. It's been in there for maybe 2 weeks tops. I had an old AMD FX 6300 (my mb only has an am3+) and swtor was doing the same thing. My husband's laptop is also artifacting in swtor (no other games), and he's running with an i7/Nvidia 970/12 gig RAM (think it's an ASUS ROG)... I'd ask him for the exact settings, but he's currently deployed, and working. I also have no issues with any other games, it's only swtor. And I'm not the only one reporting that. Whatever happened in the 5.0 graphic update doesn't agree with something, and I doubt it's my CPU. It MIGHT be the CPU. Owenbrooks seemed kinda baffled, too. No one knows, and I've already done everything I can think of to fix it. I've never had issues with swtor on any AMD CPU I've run it on. Not until this patch. I imagine I'm just fortunate.

Artifacting and screen flashes. It's a known issue, and... I honestly can't say if they're working on it or not. They've acknowledged it, but... even a month later it's still there. I've had them really bad since 5.0 launched, and I can play swtor on high-ultra. This is the main thread for it on EA answers, and there's a thread somewhere on the bug forums, too. Seemed to be a thing with AMD cards only. Then some people were coming forward with lower end based Intel things, and a few people with Nvidia cards were reporting it as well :/ AMD's latest drivers haven't fixed the issue for me at all. AMD FX 8370 @4.0 Sapphire Vapor-X 280x 18gig RAM My computer should be running it just fine. It was before 5.0, no screen flashes... no artifacting.

I have 3 sith warriors. One with Malavai (faithful), one without Malavai (Theron), and one for Vette (also faithful). If Quinn never comes back then she's just gonna have to HOPE that Arcann is a romance in the future. Seeing as she'll be single again for eternity. I'm not quite sure why they didn't bring back any of the Imperial romances. Chapter 2 in kotet was the perfect opportunity to bring Quinn back. They could have brought Temple back, too. Even Vector could have been wedged in there with his Imperial diplomat background. I don't understand why NO ONE HAS NOTICED THE OUTLANDER AT ALL. Does no one watch or read the news?! If it were me... my husband would have been on the first shuttle off whatever planet he was on, and finding me. First mailbox I come across... I'd have sent messages. He's a creature of habit... so he'd keep all his info the same... just in case. I just don't see how they haven't heard from them. It's ridiculous, and there's no excuse. I want Quinn and Vector back, dammit. Most of mine are either faithful to the original spouse, or with Theron/Lana. I have one JC who romanced Iresso, but I forgot I romanced him. Ended up hooking her up with Theron instead

I can't stand Kaliyo or Temple... It's Temple's voice actress. My husband played A LOT of FF13. I can only hear Vanille's giggles so many times, and not have it in-grained in my head. I was curious one day why I had an outright hatred towards her. Sure enough... voice actress was the same as Vanille. I've hated Temple ever since. Almost as much as Kaliyo. My husband won't romance either of them... think his agent went with the boss Lana Beniko.

No snow where I'm at, but we did get a very thick layer of frost on the ground. Also sunny. I thought it was snow at first! Close enough, I guess. My dog didn't seem very thrilled about going outside this morning! You and I both know getting coal would be totally worth it when it comes down to Theron ONLY in a Santa Hat And he can read out of the cook book, too! Bread, cookies... anything he wants. I'll even bake it for him. I LOVE to bake.
