People with the cannon are able to get presents from the droids and are getting hundreds of gifts a day while those with the bomb are struggling to get much of anything. How has this not been hotfixed yet? You can do the event, you just purchase the snow ball from the Life Day reveler on fleet. Hopefully it will be back in the Cartel Market soon, along with previous year's market items. Might as well give people plenty of stuff to spend their CC on, right? It is ridiculous that a cash store item is better than the in-game item, even if it is mostly just for fun (though parcels award CXP, which drive gearing, making the cash store item pretty close to P2W). That would have been a really a poor excuse to ignore a bug though. Especially since the cannon allowed you to get the actual decorations as drops whereas the snowballs did not.
