RaithHarth
The closest thing in-game is the Unfettered trench coat but that's without the undershirt, Snake's looks more It would be nice to have a under-shirt version of the Unfettered trench coat for the male counterpart
Alec_Fortescue
Would also like to see a mullet inspired by another Snake who was inspired by op's Snake.

If you're on Jedi Covenant, I should have the schem for it. If you're looking to use it on a Republic character (and don't mind having a flak vest underneath it), there's also the TD-07a Scorpion set, which you can buy from the Adaptive Armor vendor on the Imperial Fleet and then just mail it over. It's Bound to Legacy, NOT class-restricted, and keeps its appearance from one faction to another. Hope this helps!

( waves hand, no re-skins honest) - Which looks okay with various dark dyes. If you were after a plainer chest ( to mirror Snake's black tee-shirt) then there's the Drelliad Jacket which is shorter ( only waist length) and looks like a black leather jacket. Looks good in many dyes, especially black. Tho' it's Pubside only. ( crafted by Armourmech) The imp side looks like a padded puffa jacket. GL.
