I want to know if I can romance Kaliyo by either giving her a bunch of gifts prior to starting kotfe or can I romance her after I get her as a companion later in kotfe. You don't "romance" a companion by giving them gifts - that just raises their "influence", which affects there abilities in combat and crafting, etc. You can try to romance her after you get her in KoFE, but so far that only consists of one [flirt] option.
