Erevan_Kindelar Posted February 24, 2016 Share Posted February 24, 2016 In order to get the alliance alert to recruit HK-55, you needed to be a subscriber on January 11th 2016. If you fulfill that requirement, then after completing chapter IX of KotFE on a character, you should get the alliance alert to start his recruitment on that character.
