Gravord Posted February 6, 2016 Share Posted February 6, 2016 (edited) Greetings. Yesterday ive aquired Ambassador Jirrik decoration item with hope to donate him to my guild stronghold. Couldnt donate item directly from my inventory to the guild bank which was already big dissapointment. After that tried add him to my own collection to donate via credit payment into guild decorations. Which caused even more bugs as its unlocked other Ambassador instead Jirrik. On top of that cant donate any of them into guild decors. Tried in game reporting bug and submitting ticket but received only generic and totally useless response that "This particular case appears to have been caused by a bug within the game that will need to be corrected in a future game update and as such, cannot be corrected by Customer Service."
