Talos always dreams about being attacked by Flesh Eating Jawas and Hutts moving around in bikinis (and that Sith inquisitor dreams about Relics that taste like different flavor of Ice Cream). Can't be too sure, but I'm fairly certain that that comment was just another one of the Inq's quips s/he likes to roll out (if the player so chooses). Talos's comment could be interpreted as either him taking the Inq literally (quite likely) or him just rolling with the snark (also likely, depending on how you play/interpret the Inq's relationship with Talos).
