Did cloaking screen ever clear all dots?

Yah if you're going to cloak out you need to pop Evasion first. It both cleanses all damage you are currently taking and prevents damage that is in transit to you from hitting you. Shield Probe works too, assuming the ticks aren't big enough to break it immediately.

Only damage to health can bring you out of stealth. If it's absorbed by your Shield, dodged with Evasion or if your opponent misses, you will stay cloaked.

Cloaking Screen by itself never has, no, BUT!

If you take the heroic utility, "Evasive Imperative", a 2s long "evasion" (purges dots) will trigger when you use cloaking screen.

However, you can still get hit by some things and get knocked out of stealth because of server lag or ability travel time, examples:

Tracer Missile/Heatseeker Missiles travel time, if the merc fires these abilities off when you are not in stealth, and you go into stealth, they will still hit you because they do not reach your character instantly. You can fix this by rolling (if you're concealment) to dodge any abilities right when you cloak, though.

Force DoTs: If a madness sorc uses Deathfield in the same area you're in and it will be a dot spread, even if you cloak right as he's doing it, it will put the dots on you. I think this is because of how the game applies things, like, your evasion purges all dots off you, but then the game recognizes the dotspread afterwards or something. This one is more rare.
