If it isn't i think it's a well overdue item for a Stronghold of all things, we have 2 on our ships so adding them to strongholds shouldn't be much of an issue tech wise. That's what they said on their Togruta livestream. They have been working on it but have run into a problem that they couldn't fix at that particular moment.
