Idea: Increase Threat of Grapple for Shield Tech

Some fiddling with my PT on a dummy today,

I decided too see how much threat Grapple did. Came out to about 2885 TPS. Compared with Sin pull which is 10k this is not that good while both state they generate high amount of threat I wouldn't think it would be such a big discrepancy. I would think it would be great if in the Tank tree for a passive that would double or triple Grapple threat.

Cmon it would be cool although trivial but still cool. Regardless I will keep using grapple as my opener cause I love it #longlivegrapple

Want to have your mind blown? Take off all your gear and see how much threat you pull with it. This is not a troll I promise you lol I was really surprised that its one of the only abilities in the game (if not the only one) that goes off raw stats and your level and has nothing to do with your gear. Maybe that's the issue that should be fixed?
