Grayseven Posted August 4, 2015 Share Posted August 4, 2015 Y'all either need to get on and close down the spam tickets a lot faster or shunt those tickets into a queue separate from other CS tickets. filnov Posted August 5, 2015 Share Posted August 5, 2015 I have read somewhere on the forums some time ago that there is workaround for this, because CS tickets are partly server specific, so you can open new tickets if you hop into another server.
