I have the old non-BR client, so I think that's not where this issue is. I think it's because of overloaded patch server, so best thing to do is just wait for thing to normalise.

It looks like the patch server is under big pressure at the moment. Restarting the launcher and clicking on the pause/play help for unpredictable amount of seconds (plus it's super slow), so I think the best thing to do is just wait for things to normalise.

Restarting the launcher did the trick for me. (If you still have this problem try clicking on the pause / play button in the left corner should help.)

Clicking on the pause / play button in the left corner of the launcher should do the trick, but maybe it's better to wait for deploy of a new fix patch, because it seems they took the patch server off or is overloaded at the moment. Clicking on the pause / play is really a hit and miss right now and even if it starts patching it's really slow. The best thing to do is probably wait (more info here).

Yeah, I'm sitting at 42MB remaining. Anyway it really seems the patch server is overloaded or they took the patch server off until deploy of the new patch with a fix. According to the last dev post the best case scenario is server online in one hour (link).
