LOL Maybe, just maybe shield probe is worse for smugglers/agents but really i can't think of else My 9k Force Breach will turn into a roughly 6.5k on a Marauder with Cloak of Pain running. Now combine that with the fact that it lasts up to 30 seconds. The amount of damage you can mitigate with CoP alone is pretty intense. All you need are some small heals and you can be very tanky during CoP. Throw Saber Ward in there for some serious focus and the other person may as well start hitting a Jugg, because it'd go better.
