My account page is saying still need code

Is this happening for anyone else where the my account page is saying I still need to redeem a product registration code, but under code redemption it says I've already entered my code. Now I can't use it again to move this forward. Is this the case for anyone else as I don't want this to be the case why I can't get early access.
