Got him to 60 as a tank a few weeks ago, geared him and I'm having loads of fun. Their mobility is awesome when you spec utility points into the hydraulic override utilities. Probably Underpowered uses full dps gear and the opponents were stack together during the whole match. Actually you aim for a healer to protect targeting both top dps and protection results.
