rebalance the 3.x.x nerfs

thanks to your excessive nerfs of 3.x.x, my dps sages, sorcerers and probably operatives and scoundrels are being class discriminated by the groups that do flashpoints and operation missions. that want dps. please re-balance your .... nerfs to make the classes more viable in dps damage and end this gimped dps class stereotyping.

 

btw - i knew players that left because of this. i am very sure that returning players will leave, too.
