Noob here trying figure out how to send refer friend link lol

So I have my link and I want to refer my friend but how do I send her the link? I tried mail I tried general chat I tried whisper she still couldn't click on the link help would be appreciated and will be given 100,000 credits, jk i wish i was rich enough to give that much but i have 17,000 credits lol

she has to click on your link through the swtor forums. Send her the link to her regular email. That's what I had to do to two of my friends.

Unless you want to tie your debit/credit card to her monthly subscription you can buy a game time code off amazon. Otherwise you will need to set up a bank draft from her SWTOR account using your card info.

If you're here in the states, you can also buy a game time card at places like gamestop, Wal-Mart, & best buy.

That may change based on location. I know here the last of the brick and mortar stores just stopped selling them. Maybe there isn't enough demand locally or there isn't enough return on the card sale either way Amazon can generate as many codes as you need.

 

Since you are making this into a subscribed account you may want to have the GF download the security key app to get her extra 100 cc each month and to protect her account.
