Rankyn Posted May 4, 2015 Share Posted May 4, 2015 I agree.The item level restriction is a gate for the stats.As long as you're not getting the benefit of the stats, there's really no reason to keep it from being equipped as an outfit.Same goes with class restrictions... the "unique class look" ship sailed a long time ago.
