acuzen
OR maybe they are all rerolled sorcerer ^^. Powertech is so squishy now. OK they have a very good burst but you are dead in 30 s if 2 good players switch on you and if you haven't got good heal or tank you re dead quickly, or roll spec tank Edited May 1, 2015 by acuzen
TrueArchangel
Strange, on my server there are many. Once we even were 4 VGs (tank +3 DPS) and we ruled the solo ranked . Not to mention that PT/VG are taking top spots on the rank list. However, i'm playing only 60 lvl wzs, so i can't say much for 10-29 and 30-59 lvls. Xeraz
OR maybe they are all rerolled sorcerer ^^. Actually, I've never been the type to roll fotm but I'll be leveling a PT during the 12x exp event to replace my Sorcerer. Sorcerer is good but really doesn't hold a candle to PT in Group Ranked. I'm also a bit sick of Bioware's "Flavor of the Year(s)" balancing take. Strange, on my server there are many. Once we even were 4 VGs (tank +3 DPS) and we ruled the solo ranked . Not to mention that PT/VG are taking top spots on the rank list. Pretty much. Both AP and Shield Tech are Tier 1 viable. acuzen
Before the nerf okay AP pt can be in the top board but now i m not sure
KainrycKarr
AP is neither as OP as people claim, nor as squishy as many PT/VG claim it is. The truth, as usually, lies in the middle. It is very much viable in Tier 1 for both Group and Solo ranked. I've noticed a bit of decrease in PT/VG on Ebon Hawk server, but I couldn't tell you why. I still do quite well on my AP, as do many other PT/VG players I know. I suspect the drop in numbers is because isn't quite as over the top as it was before the shoulder cannon nerf. evXetwvi
Even merc has more defensive cd than pt.
AlrikFassbauer
Powertech is so squishy now. That's a lie. Most definitively NOT in Lowbie PvP !!!!! But that doesn't matter, according to everyone. "Lowbie PvP doesn't matter", everyone says.
Zoom_VI
Even merc has more defensive cd than pt. Only if you are talking about Pyrotech. AP: Sonic Defense, Reactive Shield, Adrenaline Rush = 3 Shieldtech: Explosive Fuel, Reactive Shield, Adrenaline Rush, Oil Slick = 4 Plasmatech: Reactive Shield, Kolto Overload = 2 Gunnery: Decoy (chaff flare), Reactive Shield, Adrenaline Rush = 3 Assault Specialist: Degauss (Diversion), Reactive Shield, Adrenaline Rush = 3 Edited May 2, 2015 by Zoom_VI
