Mornyr Posted April 27, 2015 Share Posted April 27, 2015 At the moment, the only place to get legacy-bound off-hand weapons is through the Relics of the Gree event, which occurs once in a blue moon. I believe that adding off-hand weapons to the bounty contract vendors for the monthly Bounty Contract event would both be a great source of legacy-bound offhands and a way to renew interest in the event for players who have already gotten everything they wanted out of it (which I'm guessing is mostly the Bounty Tracker hat ).
