Recycle them into a circular, half circle, or quarter circle pond (or all of the above), with a circle about 10 meters in diameter. I'd enlarge the Jedi Fountain, trim off the projections, and use a stone texture based off of granite or marble. Bonus points for little swimming creatures. I'd drop 1k CC for something like that, possibly more than once. A full pool and then quarter pools that you could put in the corners of rooms would be especially nice.
