Obfuscate/Pacify works on reducing the accuracy of M/R damage which can include Kinetic. Thus it reduces the Lurkelings meele attacks. Thus it reduces the Lurkelings meele attacks (I'm pretty sure but not entirely sure the AOE Jump Smash is M/R so it would work on that) Oh, snap, I was under the impression they'd stopped putting kinetic + melee together. If it was force/tech, that wouldn't be possible. Also, as above, force/tech/ranged/melee are attack types, kinetic/energy/internal/elemental are damage types. Plus what was quoted above. the dulfy guide says that all the lurklings attacks are kinetic which is true according to my parser. there is no word in this guide mentioning that these attacks are melee/ranged what would not be true. let's have a look at two passages of combat logs where i used force shroud. apologies for the logs being german. english names for the relevant events are: belastbarkeit = force shroud, schleichling = lurkling, sprungschmettern = jump smash, nahkampfangriff = melee attack, zurichten = maul, tarnung=vanish for everyone who knows how force shroud works,
