Wainamoinen Posted February 15, 2015 Share Posted February 15, 2015 Alacrity doesn't stack linearly, it's on a diminishing returns curve. The more you have, the less benefit you get from stacking more. At infinite Alacrity, you'd have reached the maximum 30% off from Alacrity stat. Any Alacrity score under intifinity will award less than 30% off. You can get temporary Alacrity boosts too. So as some have said, getting 1sec off all depends on the length of the cooldown you're talking about, because alacrity will reduce it by a % of that total cd.
