Aerich Posted February 6, 2015 Share Posted February 6, 2015 (edited) I'm not sure which quest it was exactly, but one of the Republic quests on Corellia results in receiving a mail from Deena Behar titled "Thanks and Appreciation" that contains a now defunct Planetary Commendation. Accepting the reward results in nothing at all - it neither converts in to a Basic Commendation nor does it appear as a sellable inventory item.
