CmdrCD Posted January 18, 2015 Share Posted January 18, 2015 This boss does not spawn anymore since at least christmas when I started checking for him, maybe he has been bugged for a lot longer than that. This is a major content blocker as it prevents players from completing a certain achievement quest. Unbelievable how long this has been in game without being addressed.
