Zoom_VI Posted December 8, 2014 Share Posted December 8, 2014 The Adrenaline Fueled talent in Plasmatech is supposed to grant 30% DR and reduce Adrenaline Rush's cooldown when attacked, however it is not reducing the cooldown when attacked and is only giving the 30% DR. The Emergency Stims Heroic Utility is supposed to allow Adrenaline Rush to be used while stunned and break CC, however it doesn't always work. I have had several cases in recent warzones where I will be stunned and still not be able to pop AR.
