When you have been playing the game over 2 years you acquire alot of matts across your many toons. What they could do is have Legacy Storage #1 and also #2. I think you may be a hoarder. Maybe you should sell or use some of the crap you have collected. I bet you wish you had saved some of those old matts now. It is not hoarding to save things that are of value and frankly it is none of your business what the guy keeps.
