Luneward Posted August 20, 2014 Share Posted August 20, 2014 The devs were talking about the access points, not the tabs inside the legacy storage itself. You get one legacy cargo access for every character that completes the intro quest. Alternately, you can buy them from the utility vendor for one Mk-1 universal prefab. If you click on the purchase additional, you will see that if you purchase with credits it is label as "Character" but with CC its "Account". Why such a confusing label BW? Is there really such a this as purchasing for "Character" only with credits on a LEGACY STORAGE BANK? Isn't LEGACY means that all can access? Hope some one can explain if there is really a difference or just BW making it sounds better & confuse people to spend real money CC thinking they will get better benefits.......... Some people play on more than one server, so the fact that purchasing with CC unlocks the storage for the whole account can make a difference. Whether purchasing extra bays with credits is really character-specific, and not Legacy-specific is something I don't know. If it's truly character-specific, than transferring the purchasing character to another server would mean that the rest of the character's on the origin server would lose the extra slots as they would go with the character. Also, if it is character-specific, deleting that character would mean that the rest of your Legacy loses access to the extra bays (and possibly the items in those bays, depending on how they are implemented). In contrast, when you transfer a character to another server, you bring your Legacy unlocks [and achievements] with you to the new server/Legacy, but the rest of your Legacy on the server you are leaving retain those benefits. Since purchasing by CC is account-wide, all Legacies on all servers on which you play would get the benefit immediately whether or not you ever transfer or delete characters. It probably wouldn't hurt for BW to clarify whether it's truly character-specific or actually Legacy-specific, and what exactly they mean.
