TheRandomno
I know HP isn't important, this is for the sake of it though... Buy all Oriconian tank items from the Ultimate vendor (ensure they are MK-1!)Farm runs of DF/DP NiM using proper gear.Use Dread Touched armorings and mods. Always check if the mods increase HP.I'm unsure if it exists, but Dread Touched MK-1 is the obvious choice for this. If not, ignore this one.Make sure your skill tree has all possible endurance buffs. I recommend choosing a class with the most of them for this.If your class uses a stance, go for one increasing HP if there is one.Hunter's Boon/republic equivalentFULLY ADVANCED FORTITUDE AUGMENT 28sPrototyope Nano-Infused Fortitude stim. For non-moddable items, remember, go Dread Touched not Dread Master when possible.Don't do this with an Imp Agent or Smuggler for obvious reasons...Don't turn up in PuGs like this...Use any temporary class buffs or other class buffs.Pretty sure there's the Raptus buff which increases HP. If you're a Juggernaut or Guardian, Endure Pain can easily let you hit 70k. Would be nice to try it out one day. XD
venomlash
Raptus buff increases armor, not HP, but... I went to AskMrRobot and did what you suggested. I built a Juggernaut for maximum endurance. Note that the enhancements only have +82 End apiece; +102 End enhancements exist in the game's files but are not currently obtainable. BEHOLD: http://swtor.askmrrobot.com/character/4429301d-c91c-4df2-91aa-2c7ad829f215 4853.1 Endurance, or 53,056 health. If you activate Endure Pain, your health jumps by a factor of 1.3 to 68,973. Your estimate of 70k wasn't far off! @_@ @_@ @_@ @_@ @_@ @_@ @_@ @_@ @_@ @_@ @_@ @_@ @_@ @_@ @_@ @_@

CheaterLL
Sorry didn't know that. But maybe the http://swtor.askmrrobot.com/gear/53132/advanced-vigilant-enhancement-36 exists as in a random drop?
mbfhl
Umm I haven't paid much attention to tank Dread Touched items, so I'm not sure. But at least there's a chance of a Vigilant 36; you'll never get alacrity on a tank drop piece lol.

I wonder what the reaction would be if someone took that into groupfinder...

TheRandomno
Well if enhancements with 102 Endurance exist, that's definitely better than Oriconian MK-1.
Elusive_Thing
Don't forget exotech med pack I thought they were changed quite a while a go? I am by no means sure, but I think they were.
theskullwalker
Also, don't forget the stims and guild ship buffs - could make 'some' difference
fire-breath
1st off all ...... GO COMMANDO!!! Since we are assuming highest HP without the need to do serious operations commando is the only way to go since they have 5% extra endurance in the tree. I will make a post shortly about my project but I have toon called PugsloveHP who currently is in full 180 dps-gear. I am sitting at 47k HP. I could cheat my way into more if I would use tanking gear. Eventually I might do so. I wouldn't consider taking guardian endure pain into account since its only a temporal boost. AesirUesugi
This reminds me of some guy on Tomb of Freedon Nadd who would regularly show up to tank Toborro's C PUG runs with 50k health. My friend who was healing didn't like him much.
