OfaraAerno
I remember Eric said we would be seeing it in a few updates which was a long time ago from direct purchase or from a pack. Any update??? It just doesn't make any sense how you guys had the coolest Jedi/Sith robes in KOTOR/KOTOR 2 when that took place YEARS before SWTOR time period! This is just my opinion obviously, but it's kinda getting old seeing all these robes with armor in it. Why not release the robes from KOTOR 2?? I can't believe they haven't been released yet.. Even in the movies, they have robes without armor in it. I don't understand how you go from KOTOR/KOTOR 2 time period having classic traditional robes, skipping SWTOR time period having Jedi/Sith wearing armor, to the movie time period in which they wear traditional robes.. Am I missing something?
Alec_Fortescue
if you look at that answer, it was pretty shrewd. he was pretending that "traditional jedi robe" means different things to everyone and he used a word "armor sets" coming to the cartel market. *Armor* It's really beyond me and I have no idea why the most iconic and Star Wars-like appearance is not available in a Star Wars game! It would be a great seller. I admit, though. It will look a bit odd if it will be only player characters and their companions wearing the traditional robe while most of the NPCs will run in colorful sacks :] Edited July 30, 2014 by Alec_Fortescue
Kulyok
Relnex robes. For a suit without an actual robe, Humble Hero. What's wrong with those two?

Kulyok
humble hero isn't black it was black in the movie It doesn't need to be black for everyone, but if you wish it to be black, buy a black/black dye - that's what I did to my copy.
Alec_Fortescue
1. Humble Hero set is not a Jedi robe. 2. Relnex' set is hideous. Belt around waist and shoort sleeves give it a stupid look. There are no matching pants. Shirt looks like if it has been tucked in. They could really improve on this look after so many years to make something like this http://i.imgur.com/9ha8ELu.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ek3XDEc.jpg All we ask for is number three with a tabard and a version with this+tabard+brown cloak (with hood up and down) Won't even ask for 1-piece brown boots to make it full. http://dulfy.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/swtor-ajunta-palls-armor-set-star-cluster-nightlife-pack-chest1.jpg It's all in the game, just has to be put together by a willing team of people who are actually star wars fans and who care. This is really the only thing I need right now to give TOR a perfect score of 10 / 10 from current 9.9 / 10. I really love this game, I am not troll or a hater. Just a Star Wars fan who wants a Jedi experience in a Star WArs game. Edited July 31, 2014 by Alec_Fortescue

It would be a best seller on direct purchase, no doubt because this is an iconic Jedi clothing people think of when they hear "Jedi". There is no engine limitations problem here either. Kulyok
Actually, when I saw the Ajunta Pall's set, my first thought was - get rid of that horrible orange stuff on the head and shoulders, and it'd be a great suit. Alas, that was not to be.

ebikenebi
A robe is a loose-fitting outer garment. A robe is distinguished from a cape or cloak by the fact that it usually has sleeves.

Ratajack
http://i.imgur.com/KPmxsfh.png Yet another outfit based on a female. Why... They cannot possibly be "traditional Jedi" unless they are EXACTLY what you want to see? The fact that they are not EXACTLY what you want makes them no less "traditional". There have been many sets that many players felt fell well within the "traditional Jedi" category, yet you have found SOMETHING "wrong" with each and every one of them, no matter how minor or miniscule. Instead of asking for "traditional Jedi" outfits, why don't you ask for what I think you REALLY want: an outfit that is EXACTLY what YOU want. It seems to me that nothing less will satisfy you. I'm not even sure that even that would satisfy you, though.
Alec_Fortescue
stop playing silly, we all know that "traditional" is nothing else but generic Jedi browns majority of the Jedi, especially the "nameless" background characters are wearing. There is none of those in this game with Relnex set being super-bad substitute.

I must have missed the memo that says that ONLY Alec can determine what are "traditional Jedi" garments, despite the fact the he is neither involved in the development of this game nor with George Lucas himself. You are only proving that NOTHING except EXACTLY what you want will even come close to satisfying you. As I said, you should just stop asking BW for "traditional Jedi" garments and ask them to cater specifically to you, which is apparently what you REALLY want. DarthDymond
http://i.imgur.com/KPmxsfh.png Yet another outfit based on a female. Why... You bring up "based on a female" as if that actually changes anything in how they look. If you had never heard of Atris and this exact same set were released as "Lorekeeper's Robes" there would be nothing female about it.

Alec_Fortescue
why are you trying to make me an "inventor" of the traditional jedi robe term and classification? Sure, okay, I can call it prequel or iconic Jedi robes. I didn't take the term "traditional" out of nowhere. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Jedi_apparel#Traditional_robes Atris does fit, i never said it doesn't. Just sad we can't get a simple stuff that's more male-friendly. Edited August 3, 2014 by Alec_Fortescue

They aren't particularly 'revealing' in any way and they don't have any "female only" restriction on them.
