Lack of FUNCTIONAL Forums

I am having severe problems finding information.

 

1. The forum has no SEARCH button.

 

2. If you use an outside search (Google) you get ten pages of DEAD LINKS.

 

This pretty much makes everything not on the first page or two of general non-existent.
