Was thinking if it was given while using high velocity, I could use that in conjunction with Empowered Scans for those "oh ****" moments in both PVE and PVP. Should I drop Power Barrier for Power Overrides? Also, how does Alacrity work? Is it worth taking at all in both the Critical Reaction and System Calbrations talents? You do not gain CSC charges without having it active. The build is solid, gives you good DPS and enough in healing that you could get the job done in a pinch.
