OddballEasyEight
Why can't they design a single cannon that looks good if holstered? Thanks for the pics! Because cannons shouldn't be holstered
Tsillah
Do people here lack any real sci-fi taste or is it just me? I don't see anything specially looking about that cannon, it looks it just came out of a WWII game... real sci-fi taste....that's just hilarious. You prefer real (science) fiction huh.... Ever heard of Warhammer 40k? They use a lot of WW I designs actually. Perhaps your are not open minded enough...or have different tastes, but don't talk about real when it comes to fiction. Don't forget Star Wars is A LONG TIME AGO, in a galaxy far far away. Retro design therefore is completely ok.
jankiel
It's definitely an improvement over what we had so far. Let's just hope the sound won't be awful. Edited May 21, 2014 by jankiel
cvak
I like them. I don't really care that much about the clipping (then, I'm usually playing with a fairly large camera distance), but I have been bugged out a bit by the width of a lot of the cannons in currently in the game. It just doesn't feel real. These cannons look like a huge improvement and more along the lines of something that a future soldier could actually be wielding (although in real life they'd probably be smaller, but who cares?).
